Well I don't think that these are used yet because when you go on the help in the mission editor, and go to counters it says: "This is currently not used". I think it's like the increased bullpup speed.

I know this topic is a litle old but I felt like saying that you can use pvars (persistant variables) as counters, for example you could make it add 1 every time a unit went through a gate or went onto a pad and make a trigger to spawn loads of units after 10 times or something
