The AI of the map editor is hard to work with. there should be a way to simply select the aggression of the AI and it will automatically attack back. |

that is very complicated for the game developers to do, so they left it up to the individual maps _________________

That might make it easier to create skirmish games, but wouldn't it limit the control the level developer has on the progress in other kinds of missions? _________________ --SoLan

An option in the editor whether to have it on or off would be ideal. _________________ [WI Moderator]

I thought that the AI for sides had four settings: Human, Computer, Computer Overmind, and Computer Neutral, with Computer the default. Also, each unit has different settings of aggression, the default being Defender.
Or are you talking about something else? _________________ Why negotiate when you can just blow things up?

Yes, that’s wheat I mean, I think it would be a good idea for you to simply make your own map and the computer would set everything else up for a quick and easy game. Of course, the way it is now allows for greater control of what happens in the game. |
