|
|
Hey, for a while now I've been working on my mission pack, and the one I have posted is VMP-v04. Right now I'm at VMP-v08, with two more missions attached and many bug fixes. However, I'm afraid of re-uploading it on the missions page because I will lose my downloads.
Is there a way to upload it but still keep the downloads? Or if it isn't possible, can someone hack the forums and change it back to what it once was, after I re-upload it? _________________ [WI Moderator]

Verdagon,
Just edit the original post, browse for the newer version and choose upload new version. Your numbers should not be changed. _________________ ______________

Handmark was supposed to change it so the download count wouldn't be reset. I will see what is going on with this and report back. _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development Team |

Oh... okay I didn't notice the "upload new version" button. I usually just delete and create a new one.
So that's why it deleted the downloads! *smacks himself*
Nevermind then. Thanks for your help!
PS. Let's celebrate! I hit 1600 downloads! _________________ [WI Moderator]

So keith you're saying if you press upload new version it doesn't reset the stats? That would be great if so... _________________ Warfare Incorporated Development Team |

I can vouch for this. The first time, I deleted then uploaded - killed the stats. Second time, I just updated - stats stayed. _________________ Why negotiate when you can just blow things up?
