How many units did you people build after it told you to build units(i think it said 5). I built 10. just wondering if you people made more that told, if not, did it work with only 5?
Also did you scout with your whole army or just 1 unit?
Also which unit helped you the most in the mission?
Post back and share your Tips and Strategy!

You only have two units to use, the Eagle Scout and the Security Guard, and you can only train the Security guards. I built lots of guys, because when I attack, I give no mercy, and I attack hard and fast. I built two three power plants, two barracks, etc. I scouted with all of my guys on this mission. _________________ Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

When the suggestion was made to build men, I instantly built 10. Afterwards I sent them out into 2 groups, primary strike force and backup. _________________ Sony Clie NX70V with WiFi Card and memory sticks up the wazoo! I put almost everything on external memory using PowerRUN or LauncherX VFS. |

I left the Eagle Scouts (That's me...) at my base to guard. _________________ Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

Usually I will have guard towers at my base, but on these lower leves you always want to leave some guys behind just in case...There are some levels where the enemy has a huge base with several entrances, or there are instances where they have several bases, so they could start sending guys toward your base right as you do theirs. _________________ Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

Yes i see your point,
BUT,
As you said this is an early level and while "and the enemy has a huge base with several entrances, or there are instances where they have several bases, so they could start sending guys toward your base right as you do theirs." this is true FOR Later Levels not at the beginning,
so i stick with my beginning advice send all units!

It's good to get in the habit...(especially in a multiplayer mode, you never know what your sneaky opponent will try and pull off). _________________ Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

As Goku said previously, there are instances where there are several entrances and several bases. In later missions you'll need to constantly build units. As your doing this, basically your making squadrons, so you can send you men in waves. The trick is to keep production of personnel/vehicles to stay ahead of OMNI _________________ Sony Clie NX70V with WiFi Card and memory sticks up the wazoo! Did anyone else notice that if you try to make
it to the end but without building a base and all your attacting
units die,so you decide to start up your base, the units that
were going after you will sit right infront of you base's
buildings without attacting.
Did this happen to any one else?
If not do you think this is a bug?
Also this happened in the Demo Version(if that matters) |

The reason the units stopped attacking is because they were told to attack only mobile units. It's not a bug in the sense that it's unexpected behavior, however since that isn't the way a human player would act some players see it as a flaw.
It is however, a flaw the developers are well aware of
Thanks for the feedback. _________________ Moderator - Handmark Tech Support |

I built 10 security guards. I had two power plants, 1 barracks, 1 galaxite processer plant. This mission was fairly easy, I just mine around 3000 and then built a storage facility for the galaxite then a message will break through talking about OMNI. Then I killed all the guys that came and attacked the base. I then scouted with all of my units. |
