| No, but there are hundreds of maps you can download, and some people have made skirmish maps. And I read they are adding it in. |

Yes. This is planned in a future release, although likely not immediately, as the priority for now is getting online multiplayer released. Although an instant start skirmish mode in that would be idal, not exactly sure if that will be included. I'm still waiting for the first new build of beta to be posted since I became a beta tester, so honestly I'm in the dark as much as everyone else.
