I'm playing level M14 now, and believe that is the last level. Are these C's and D additional levels to the game?? If they are where can I get them??

just to clarify.. if you do story mode.. it ends at M14... C1-5 are the challenge missions and D3 is the demo mission.... but you already figured this out for yourself so its all good...
