Hi Redscorpion8,
Do you mean the mission on this topic? Or the topic rather -- there is no mission attachment on the topic.
When you make a post in mission sharing with a .pdb attachment, it will be automatically uploaded to the game with in a max of 20 minutes.
So all you need to do is edit your other post. Under "Add an attachment", click "choose file" and select your mission .pdb located on your computer. Next, write you file comment and click "Add attachment". Lastly, click submit to save the topic changes. After 20m it should be live.
